Easy Chocolate Breakfast Cookies



Your morning chocolate cravings will be satiated by these simple chocolate breakfast cookies. Full of chocolate chips, almond butter, and oats, they're a guilt-free way to add some sweetness to your morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, unsweetened cocoa powder, chocolate chips, dried cranberries, salt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon

Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined

Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie

Use the back of a fork to flatten and shape each cookie

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are set and slightly firm to the touch

Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
