Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/2 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
Instructions:
Put half of the cooked quinoa in the bottom of a bowl
Put some Greek yogurt on top of the quinoa
Put one tablespoon of honey on top of the yogurt
Spread out half of the granola on top of the honeyed yogurt
Put some mixed berries on top of the granola
Add the rest of the ingredients and repeat the layers
Pour honey over the top and sprinkle granola on top to finish
Serve right away and enjoy your quick and tasty quinoa parfait with honey yogurt
