Ingredients:
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup orange candy-coated chocolates
- 1/4 cup pretzel sticks
- Black decorating gel
Instructions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth
Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into a thin layer
While the chocolate is still wet, place mini marshmallows on the top half of the chocolate to create the 'snowman's head
' Add mini chocolate chips as 'coal' for the snowman's eyes and mouth
Place orange candy-coated chocolates as the 'carrot nose
' Break pretzel sticks in half and use them as the snowman's 'arms
' Allow the chocolate bark to cool and set completely, which may take about 30 minutes in the refrigerator
Once the chocolate is set, use the black decorating gel to add buttons and a smile to the snowman's body
Break the chocolate bark into pieces resembling melting snowmen and serve
